Hello fellow ISFLians, I am working with @Tylertokesome04 today to write a sci-fi article featuring my player Quandale Dingle as a Tight End playing for the London Royals. We are live from
McGriddy10: What is being a quarterback like knowing you have a future all-pro tight end named Quandale Dingle on your team?
Tylertokesome04: I was very excited to hear about this addition to the team. We had a season full of dynamic playmakers last year, and I think Quandale Dingle fits that mold perfectly to help us attack the DSFL this year. My WR's got a lot of love so I'm looking forward to getting some work in with the big guy.
MG10: Will Dingle be one of your top targets?
TTS04: I believe he has the ability to get open. That's who I try to throw to. Coach preaches ball security, Dingle has the speed to create separation from the defender, you can't ask for much more. I'm thinking we try and break a few records for him next season.
MG10: What are your expectations for Dingle being that he is a first-year Tight End?
TTS04: I think he's going to show off what he was meant to do on the football field. I'm hoping to get him over 10 TDs on the season and for him to lead TEs in receiving yards and TDs. It's not that I expect the best, it's that I know he can do it.
MG10: Now my Quarterback will be asking me some questions about my thoughts on being a Tight End.
TTS04: What made you want to come to London?
MG10: So I wanted to come to London because I have roots in London, and I really wanted to be able to show off to my family that I'm one of the best American Football players in the world.
TTS04: Oh that's awesome, what part of London is your family from?
MG10: We hail from Sutton.
TTS04: Oh that's awesome, we will have to get them some Endzone tickets for sure so you can celebrate with them on scores! What was your previous position and what made you decide to switch to TE, and why TE instead of another position?
MG10: So I was a safety, and my ISFL team's current TE is inactive so they asked me if I was open to switching positions. I said yes, and my gm said TE was the position I could switch to. I immediately jumped on it because I get to be like Travis Kelce.
TTS04: Travis Kelce is a great player to aspire to be, I think you've got it in you! Any goals you have set for yourself this season?
MG10: I would love to be the most outstanding Offensive player this season and to win some DSFL Championships soon.
TTS04: I think those are some great goals to come in with. Here in London, we stress two things, winning and having fun. So while we want to win, we want everyone to be having their best time while doing it. You've got a great attitude. I think you'll fit in great.
TTS04: What team are you playing for in the ISFL?
MG10: I play for the one and only Baltimore Hawks.
TTS04: When you're not on the field, how does your player like to spend their time?
MG10: When I'm not on the field, my player loves to play Madden 23 on PC or NCAA Football 14. Otherwise, he is studying game film, reading the playbook, or in the weight room getting stronger, so he can play as best as he can.
TTS04: Nice! I didn't even know there was a NCAA football revamped on pc... that's gonna get a Google search from me later. Ha Ha.
As the sun begins to set Quandale Dingle asks if he can toss one to Josh Patterson, "Sure thing, let's see that arm." Josh takes off on a ladder route as the ball comes whizzing into his hands. "Ouch man, I gotta use those next week..." Josh tosses the ball back as they head toward the locker room. "It's good to have you on the team, I think we are gonna do some big things this year."
