Hate the player or the game: Tell us which team made the playoffs and shouldn't have, or which team didn't and should have? (Can be completed at any point)
There's no doubt, as many before me have already stated, that the Yellowknife Wraiths should have made the playoffs. Just looking at the talent on this team screams a top 2 team in the conference. Many people will blame bad luck in the sim, which can't be denied. Others will blame poor management. Which also can't be denied due to the controversy that followed this team. But, at the end of the season, all of this could've been fixed with a win at the end of the season against the Yeti. I mean this was a dream situation for the Wraiths. A win and you're in against one of the worst, if not the worst, team in the league. And whether you again want to blame bad luck or bad game planning, it just didn't happen. Barring a free agency debacle, the Wraiths will be primed for a post season run. But there is no doubt that this team is thouroughly disappointed at this season. When you have the talent and really play well enough to make it to the playoffs and at the end of the season you still collapse like a deck of cards, you have no reason not to be disappointed. The Wraiths will surely put this behind them and look towards next year.

Playoff Series MVP: Choose an MVP for one of the playoff series and write about why you chose them. Must be completed after the playoff series you write about
There's no bigger stage than a championship game. Which means that there must not be a higher honor than being the MVP of the championship game. The choice this year wasn't easy. The Outlaws played a fantastic game and won easily. Although the offense may have been great in the second half, my MVP is coming from the defense. Harris Jr. was absolutely fantastic in this one. Not only did he end up with 7 tackles, but he also defended 3 passes and came up with two absolutely important interceptions. Harris Jr. made two interceptions but it was his first that earns my MVP vote.
Harris Jr., with the score at a very close 7-3 intercepted the ball and took it 24 yards to the house. At this point in the game the Outlaws were holding onto a small lead and were looking for a spark. Harris Jr. provided just that. This interception turned out to be the winning score which makes it all the more impressive. The Outlaws took control after this interception and coasted easily to yet another championship. While I can see choosing certain other players for MVP, Harris Jr. has my vote and he is deserving no doubt. Congrats to Harris Jr. and the Outlaws.

Bottom Half: Write about why two of the four teams were not able to make the playoffs. Can be completed at any point
The first team I'm going to talk about I have already detailed much of their problems above. The Yellowknife Wraiths were a team that most were predicting to be in the playoffs. On paper, they are a strong team and at the very least a contender to reach the championship. But the fact of the matter is it just didn't happen for them this year. Between bad luck, bad management, and possibly even a curse or two, they feel just, and I mean just, short. I'd be surprised if they don't build through free agency this year and make a run at the championship this year. By all accounts they have great team chemistry and they are all staying positive and building off of their struggles this year. They won't make the same mistakes next year.
The Colorado Yeti are a different story. They never had a real shot this year. They clearly have a talent deficiency when compared to the top teams in the NSFL and were never going to be a threat this year. They are going to need a really strong free agency/draft this year if they want any shot at competing with the better teams of the league.

Championship Game Recap: Do a recap of the best play from the championship game. Must be completed after the Championship Game
The championship game this year was exciting. I'll be honest and admit that it's the first game I've ever watched live. I'm new to the league and what a first game to watch. I'll admit that sure it wasn't close, but it was filled with great plays and dominating performances.
The Outlaws simply outclassed Baltimore in the championship. Although Baltimore held them in check for much of the first half, they ended up being their own worst enemies. The Harris Jr. pick six was an absolute backbreaker. He extended the score to 14-3 which in the end would be more than the hawks could come back from. And as if the hawks were having enough trouble throwing the ball with lots of time, they gave Kyubee absolutely no time to think. He was sacked at will by Tuck and company. It felt like everybody on the defense got in on the sack party. Two pick sixes and a poor second half performance by the hawks defense was too much to overcome. The Outlaws were the undisputed better team in this matchup but it was still a great game to watch. The only question will be how do the hawks bounce back from the letdown of the championship loss.
