Julian O'Sullivan's career has come to an end, after I retired earlier in the season. It was an illustrous career with many good seasons. Many seasons where I had a fantastic amount of tackles and other great stats. I would argue that I have a very very good shot at the Hall of Fame based on my career totals, ending my career in first place of all time in tackles for example. There are other categories that I did really well in as well.
However, I never really was the best LB within a year. There was always someone else that kinda overshadowed me. I had a very consistent career, but never that one year that stood out among all others. Until....this season. In my last season, my tackles weren't as high as I was used to, though I still reached 88 tackles in the end. But I excelled in other areas of the game, pushing to arguably the best season I ever had in my career and in my opinion, I have a very good case to win an award here in the last moments of my career.
Besides 88 tackles, I also had 3 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovered, 11 sacks, 2 interceptions, 31 passes defended and 1 touchdown. The 11 sacks were 2nd in the league among all defenders and tied for first among Linebackers. My two interceptions are only one behind the leader among Linebackers who had three. The passes defended is where I most stood out, somehow ending up with 31, which lead the entire league among defenders. Only one other linebacker even had more than 20 of them.
All in all, this was another fantastic consistent season for my player and I hope that for once I will have a shot to win the award and lead the way to the Hall of Fame later on.
And now, I will enter the draft as a Tight End, Stan Francisco. Time to break some other records!
