First time i did this it was pretty slow, let's see if i get some more questions now please.
1. First of all, i love the fact that i am part of a rebuilding team. Ever since i came into the Outlaws, the main idea is to build for the future. Our past drafts say exactly that, the fact that we were pretty quiet on FA, the players we protected from the expansion draft, shows that we are looking to build a strong foundation for the future. I know that in an ideal world, i would be fighting for ultimus wins since the start of my nsfl career, but we know that is very complicated, to maintain a competitive team for so long. But our window is coming for sure, Cue is no longer your average QB anymore TPE wise, our very young team is improving fast as we are extremely active, so i do believe that next season we might be creating some problems to the perennial candidates in the ASFC, OCO, NOLA and Austin. 3 Ultimus in the last 3 years right there i think. I believe that if we were in the NSFC we could have had better seasons, but it is what it is. I am not saying we'll get into the playoffs next year, but who knows... the sim might give us a hand.
2. Last season draft was fantastic for us. We drafted an incredible amount of active and positive people, that brought new life to our locker room. But players age in this league, so we might be looking for replacements for our soon to regress players. Saba Donut is getting old, Shane Masters as well, and from the initial scouting we did, there are definitely players that we will pick if they're available when it's our turn. We have our targets set, we know who we want at #4, we might trade down if some teams are interested and we also know who we want, so it is going to be fun.
3. Best part of this season was the integration of the rookies. We knew we had drafted a valuable bunch of them, on defense and on offense, and the fact that we managed to get some decent results even with a very young team fills us with great expectations for seasons to come. But better than results, the fact that the team really gets along is great.
4. Offseason means rest. From the last game of the season till the start of training camps, he does absolutely nothing else than relax.
1, 2 and 3 - Well, first of all let me be completely honest. I know what goes on with Arizona and nothing about what goes on with the other teams, either ASFC and NSFC. So this "prediction" can be completely wrong, because other teams can be way better or worse than i think.
Everyone knows that the Outlaws are in rebuild mode. The "worst" part of it was last seaso and with the big draft we had, we managed to address pretty much every need we had in the depth chart. Now, obviously things change, users that we thought would be active can become inactive at any point, or at least do not update like we thought they would, and plans can be changed because of it. We have an incredible young team, especially on defense, with rookies getting a starting job when a couple seasons back they would most likely stay on the DSFL racking up TPE. But this is one of the things that makes rebuilding teams fun (for me at least), having a lot of rookie players step up and have incredible seasons. I am obviously biased for my team, but coming into the season and looking at the rosters, no one thought we could get a 4 - 8 - 1 record, with some of those losses coming after very close games. We suffered a lot with penalties due to the young core this team has. so looking into Season 23 we have to be optimistic that we can improve our record. Now, other teams are probably improving while i think they are not, but i honestly feel we can make a playoff push, or at least give come headaches to OCO, NOLA and AUS. I am not a GM, so i can't speak for Unicorn or Isidore, but i don't feel we need to change that much to start having better results. It is all a matter of players improving TPE wise, and they are, to make their job easier while they test stuff.
4 - That is something that the Arizona War room discussed in length, but if we take out some positions like QB or RB, we want young players to overlap their primes, so that we can be successful not for 1 or 2 season, but to try and keep the team fighting for the playoffs and championships every season. This is extremely difficult in this league as you can imagine and no matter what you do, you can't guarantee that it will work. But the objective is to get there. As for trades, as i think any team would, we are always available to trade picks and/or players, if the offer is right. Like in last years draft we have an interesting amount of picks that can allow us to move up or down the board to get the players we want. Moving up in the first round is highly unlikely, but if teams want that #4 overall pick (or any other for that matter), they know how to reach our GMs.
1 - I am not gonna get into politics here, but i am not a big fan of certain aspects of the US. While americans like to defend their country, "land of the free" and all, there's fundamentally wrong things with the country that blow the mind of European people, like the health system.
Culturally, while very different countries, i can imagine Arizona is somewhat closer to my country than some other states. It is very hot and the latino influence in the state, i guess it brings us closer in some aspects.
2 - They do not. My parents get upset when they see me get sacked. So to every player out there, stop tackling me, you are making my parents cry. Is that what you want?
1 - Crap...
2 - Forever young is a very cool song. But i guess that before i came into the league, most of the QBs were veterans or at least had a couple of NSFL seasons on their legs, so i broke that trend a bit 2 seasons ago, making me "a young QB".
3 - Anyone who catches the damn football. But as everyone knows, Arizona has a bunch of sad bums running routes.
4 - It has been discussed, i am not a very big fan of that possible change, but the sim is gonna sim, so it is something i will consider if the time comes.
5 - The lack of showers in the Phoenix heat certainly does not help. The fact that you keep stealing his soap to drop it in the showers, also does not help. We told you to change to liquid shower soap, but you love dropping that even more...

1 - I can't go into that much detail as you certainly understand, but defensive positions are probably gonna be filling the first, maybe even the 2nd round of the draft.
2 - Well, Saba is not a young gun anymore, he enters regression next season, so it is time to start thinking about replacing him sooner rather than later. Every player in this draft was scouted to be a possible starter for the Outlaws and while we already have some players still in the DSFL, you never know what can happen regarding updates and activity.
3 - I am going to be really honest with you here. I have seen every scouting message from draftees and not a single one of those messages said anything about not wanting to come to the Outlaws because of any player already there. No type of concern was raised there, and if some users think that might be a turn off for the team, they can feel free to come to me or any other team member to address those questions.

2. With the Draft around the corner, are there specific players you have an eye on and you would want to play with? If not, are there any specific position groups?
3. What was the best part about this year's season?
4. How does a Jay Cue spend his offseason? Anything to work on?

Does the War Room plan on any philosophical changes to improve the team from a subpar record?
How do you feel about the past season and what can be done to bring Arizona back to the playoffs?
With Arizona being so young, does that open the door for possibly exploring trades rather than drafting more players that will overlap their primes?

What's it like being an eternally young QB?
Who is your favourite player to throw to?
Do you have any plans to switch to the "Armstrong" build given its current popularity with QBs around the league?
Why does Bruce Buckley smell so bad?
