Hello ISFL!
Season 23 has come to a close, and with that we mark the conclusion of the inaugural season of the new DSFL HO. I want to take this opportunity to thank all the DSFL GMs and players for making this season a much easier learning experience for us as we get acclimatized to our new roles. In spite of losing two members of HO during the season, I felt it was a very successful year for the DSFL and HO as a whole. This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our wonderful DSFL interns, @Ephenssta and @Lemon.
Lemon will be leaving us next season, however his work on development for a new site and as a simmer will carry on. We hope you’ll continue your success in those fields, the league is a much better place for having you here.
Eph will be joining us as a full-time DSFL Head Office member! Always attentive in discord and ready to help on the forum, Eph was a welcome addition to HO this season as an intern. We look forward to seeing what he can do going forward!
With that in mind, it means that we need new HO interns! If you are interested in joining DSFL HO as an intern, reach out to myself or @bex. We’ll be conducting interviews very soon, so make sure to notify us as soon as you can! A few of you have reached out already and I have you on a list to interview, but feel free to send me a message with when a good time for you might be.
Interns are a great way to see if working in Head Office is for you or not, and gives you the ability to weigh in on and facilitate change in the league. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

TH covers my sentiments about the DSFL HO this season. It's been great to see them hard at work to provide support and and innovation at the DSFL level. In the ISFL HO, we've been working hard to push the league into a new era while keeping centered on our values as a community. Our work has been supported by @MisObvious and @Colabear this season, and we are thankful for their contributions.
MisObvious will be moving on to other areas of interest, while Colabear will step up as a full-time member of the ISFL Head Office. We're excited to be welcoming Cola aboard and wish Mis luck in his future endeavors in this league and in others!
This means that the ISFL will also be taking on new interns for s24. We're looking forward to hearing from members of the community that are passionate about improving the league and are interested in learning more about the internal processes that govern the league. Interns have an opportunity to contribute to on-going HO projects, start new ones, and contribute to important conversations impacting every area of the league. If that sounds like you, please reach out so we can interview you!
We are also announcing the departure of @terriblehippo from Head Office, a mutual decision that was reached after HO discussion on recent events. We thank him for his seasons of service, and wish him luck in the next chapter of his ISFL journey.
