1) @Jimi64
What are your goals for joining the league?
Man, I really just want to be the best player I can be, ya know? In the prospect bowl I want to make a name for myself, get myself on the map.
I want the team taking a chance on me to not look at it as “taking a chance”, you know what I mean? From day 1, my goal is to be looked at as a guaranteed good investment.
I want my team to feel elevated whenever I step on the field and whatever they ask from me, I’m immediately able to provide those needs. I want to stay healthy as best as possible throughout my career and have my name be a terror to opposing defenses while Im out there just doing my thing.
What inspired you to play wide receiver?
Man, just growing up and watching the impact Calvin Johnson had in his league. Absolute freak of nature. He’s my favorite player of all time and I’m not even a fan of the Lions. If that guy was on the field, it didn’t matter who was covering him, if that ball was thrown his way I fully believed that ball was a completion, ya know? I’m driven by the idea that I can have that same impact while I’m out there on the field.
2. @negs
What is your favorite part of being a wide receiver?
I’d probably say the love from the younger crowd. Like, when you dominate in the league and the kids anywhere from elementary to high school are talking about you and how they want to be like you when they play, you know what I mean? The same way I was with Calvin. The same way my the older crowd is with Randy Moss. To this day, when any kid catches a ball while being guarded is called a “Moss” and associated with Randy Moss. I just look forward to the potential of having that type of affect on the youth.
What are you most excited about for the draft?
Man, just kinda getting there and seeing which team reads my name, looks at my picture, reviews my highlights and just says to themselves “Yep that’s our guy.” Ya know what I mean? Just knowing that whatever team decides to take that chance is going to get 100% out of me, every day, every hour, every minute, every second, and every snap.
And I’m not gonna be one of those guys that are like “I’m gonna make sure the teams that passed on me regret it” ya know what I mean? I hope everybody who gets drafted, even if they get drafted before me, I hope they go out there and do their thing, man. I’m not the type to hate on others success, ya know? But just know, that whatever team takes me, man, we’re gonna build a culture and we’re gonna show the league what’s up.

For Escanor Sama:
What sets you apart from other wide receivers in this draft class?
Well, I haven’t checked today, but last I looked I was the only Possession WR in the upcoming draft. So obviously my playstyle is gonna be completely different from my counterparts in this draft. A lot of speedsters so Im hoping to stand out just by being a big body who can take some good coverage and still be reliable to come down with the ball in big moments.
I can’t speak on these guys’ work ethic because I don’t know them obviously, but I’m always ready to put in the time and effort it takes to be a big name, so hopefully that’ll set me apart a little as well.
Do you have any secret moves that you use to beat a defender in coverage?
I’ve got a few moves that help me beat dbs off the line or on the route that you’ll see me pull out of my bag in the coming seasons, but there’s nothing I love more than just coming down with a 50/50 jump ball and staying on my feet.
What's your favorite touchdown celebration?
Haha, the classic dunking the football on the goal post. Calvin Johnson did it and I’ve always loved it. So disappointed that it’s against the rules now.
As for my own personal celebration, I love jumping in the crowd and showing the fans love and they show it back. They’re hyped we scored, I’m hyped I scored. All around a good time.
For LordEscanor the user:
What brought you to the league and inspired you to create an account and a player?
I was on the NFL Subreddit and I saw a post about the ISFL. I looked into it and was interested. I figured it was at least worth trying.
How are you liking your time here so far?
Im enjoying it. Making the update page was a pain but I got it figured out so it’s full steam ahead. Love that it’s interactive and I’m looking forward to meeting people.
Do you have any questions about the league so far?
Not at the moment, but I’ll get back to you if I do.
4. @SchwarzNarr
What is your favorite type of frog?
Probably poison dart frogs. They look so cool. Really colorful and flashy. They really stand out, ya know? But they’re also super dangerous. Kinda like how I want to be on the field, haha. Super flashy and fun to see, but don’t mess with me, ya know what I mean? Haha. But yeah poison dart frogs are surely my favorite.
Take away any restrictions, what would be the position you would most like to play?
I’d still be a receiver. The entire reason I fell in love with the sport is the wide receiver position. The feeling I get from just going up for a 50/50 ball against a db and coming down with it, maybe give em a little stare down, that feeling can’t be replicated ya know? I could probably play some safety, I played a little safety back in my high school days, but it’s nothing like being a receiver.
What has been your favorite part of the league so far? What are you looking forward to in the future?
So far just meeting with the scouts, getting a feel for the teams and what they offer, they get a feel for me and what I have to offer. Im looking forward to the Prospect Bowl first and foremost. My skills will outweigh my talk. But Im really looking forward to the draft and the next chapter in my career.
5. @Asked Madden
Do any of the teams have branding that really jumps out at you?
Probably the Norfolk Seawolves. They’re fairly close to where I grew up. Close to the Virginia Beach area.
As far as mascots go, probably the fire salamanders. I really like their mascot.
What are you looking for in your quarterback?
Just a guy ready to get out there on the field. Driven by that same hunger as me, got a winning, team-first mindset. Somebody ready to grow and learn during every practice and every game. Not scared of failing every so often, knowing that’s part of the nature of the game, and being ready to bounce back. But most importantly ready to bring home some chips to the team.
Would you rather fight one duck sized horse or 100 duck sized horses? Elaborate on your fighting technique.
One duck sized horse or 100 duck sized horses? Probably just one, haha, I don’t like to fight and I especially don’t like to hurt animals. But if I had to fight one I’d probably just grab it and tie it up. Maybe punch it a few times.
6. @MMFLEX
What was the last thing you Googled? Did you learn something new?
I think I was looking up a guide for Malzahar for League of Legends. Im a big fan of League. I’m still new so I’ve been trying different characters. I guess I kinda learned something, haha. I learned what items to buy when Im playing Malzahar.
What's the best piece of life advice you could ever give anyone?
My favorite quote is “There’s nothing to fear except fear itself” by Franklin D Roosevelt. My favorite president, by the way. But that’s relevant because the best piece of advice I can give people is to not be afraid to do what you wanna do or be who you are.
If you want to do something career wise, do it. You want to play a sport, do it. You want to ask out that guy or girl, do it. If it doesn’t pan out like you expect it to, just know that tomorrow is still coming. Live your life fearlessly, man. I learned that the hard way.
