Bijanrobinson#7 - Underage Punishment

Hello everyone

It came to the ISFL and DSFL HO's attention that user @Bijanrobinson#7" is currently under the sitewide league minimum age to participate of 13 years old. We found out about this due to SHL also punishining the user, and upon confirming the evidence they had on the issue, need to ensure our compliance with the Terms of Service of the various platforms that the ISFL is engaged with.

As a result, we will be banning this user until they become of age, and their player will be immediately retired and subject to the normal conditions for a banned user (that is, considered IA according to the normal rules for DSFL).

WIth this announcement, we want to reiterate that our age minimum for the ISFL is 13 years old, keeping us consistent with Discord and other age requirements.
