Is homosexuality related to genes? Do people have the choice to be gay? Alright, keep that in mind, there are no yet know reason for people to be gay, and we don't know yet if homosexuality happens the same way between males and females. A lot of information have been suggested and accepted but non have been proven SCIENTIFICALLY, in fact, a lot of scientists deny that there is a relation between homosexuality and genes. The media is the one that spread the myth: "Homosexuality is purely genetic" And that's not true, here's why: A lot of scientists and gay supporters have been trying to prove that homosexuality is purely related to genes. An american biotech scientist studied the genetic indicator Xq28 that is found in chromosome X, which is indicator was suspected to connection with homosexuality. In 1993, he conducted an experiment on 114 homosexual families in USA to prove his theory. BUT in 1995, he came back holding a different theory with a group of heath experts and after a long study, he proved that this gene has no connection with homosexuality, and this study have been published on 'Scientific American Magazine' and 'Journal of Science and Nature'. Another study have been done in 2012 on 409 separate couples of gays, and this theory have been proven, and it concluded that genes influence 30% of behaviors gay behavior. So, studies have shown that genes doesn't have a full role on this situation, so even if you had this gene, you wouldn't turn homosexual, a bunch of factors should be combined, such as environmental and behavioral factors, for example some prisoners become gay and get attracted to other prisoners from the same sex and after they get out of the prison they turn straight again. In conclusion: Genes doesn't explain the full story behind homosexuality.
In conclusion, I am confident this is legit and an HO W.
