My player is a big fantasy fan, and so after finishing his career he plans to go in a new and unusual way for football players. Since his college he time he is writing The Next Big Fantasy Epic. He is very interested in long and detailed worldbuilding. For it he started to take interest in geographical science, anthropology, cultural, religious and economical studies. And of course read a lot about medieval warfare. Sadly while building his world he forgot the more important part of the book writing - good and interesting plot, character development, rich and colorful language. So, in the end what he will get will look more like an encyclopedia of his imaginary world, not like coherent and interesting novel. Of course it will get cult status between usual lovers of such books, like dungeon masters and wanna be game designers, that will argue about some minutiae and find some small holes in inner world logic. But overall this book wont find commercial success, and definitely wont be bought by Netflix.
I have already written many books, or at least many books of my sayings have been transcribed for people to study at a later time. Those are some of the perks of being a god-queen, you must understand. However, if I am writing a new book from my own perspective, I think I will probably wait until after my time on the football field has concluded. I think I'd like to write the book about all of the things I have learned from playing earth sports that will assist me as I go on to conquer the universe. I am beginning to journal now in an attempt to record my experiences for posterity, and once I am retired from playing the game I will be putting all of the journalling together into a book and submitting it for publishing. If no one will publish it for me, I will publish it for myself, and make it required reading for all of my thralls.
It would be a real honor to write a book about my playing career because it would mean that I had a great career! So far we got early draft picks, a loss in the Ultimus and one win in the Ultimus! Thats more than some players can ever say but that shouldn't be the end of it! And that is not yet worthy of a book about my career! There will be at least one other Ultimus win. I'm 100% sure about it. Cause otherwise it would be a book about how good I was at the beginning and how i failed to improve after that. That wouldnt be a good book! Even personal accolades like Pro Bowls or awards would need to stack up in order for this book to become decent. There would have to be at least 3 more Pro Bowls in there... Shame that I missed out on the award last season but it is what it is
Football teams all have their star players, but some positions are more difficult to stand out in than others. In particular, offensive linemen receive comparably little attention when compared to their other offensive teammates. So to rise up from anonymity to stardom at the offensive line position players need to get their voices out there. That's why Dane's new book "Dane's House of Pancakes" was published, to chronicle the story of an offensive lineman from college standout to professional athlete to finally pancake mogul.
Included in the biographical feature are several of Dane's famous pancake recipes, like the world-famous Hotcakes with cumin, chili flakes, and topped with hot chili honey, or the secret to making his crowd-pleasing potato pancakes so crispy. With 27 restaurants in the Bay Area and more springing up every month, the House of Pancakes brand has truly struck a chord with fans of football, food, and fun!
This sure-to-be bestseller makes for a terrific gift for any occasion! Don't wait, pre-order your copy today!
I know most players in the league would probably do a more grounded and heartfelt autobiography about their lives and the struggles they have faced to get to where they are now in life and the league. But my players will be a bit different. Since the inspiration of him came from a ton of other famous sci-fi franchises such as Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Wars, and Mass Effect. Because of this, I think my player would end up writing a Sci-Fi story in general. He would combine some elements from his own life and league experiences, but it would be a fiction book just for fun and not an autobiography or anything like that. That way it would add a bit more variety compared to most novels that are released by athletes and also be great for younger people who would find reading a book like this easier than a normal nonfiction novel that most would expect.
A publisher finally reaching out was a chance Ignatius couldn't pass on. His book, he had already started writing it a long time ago. Before football even. He was writing a lengthy indictment against our century. A scritpure about the wheels of fortuna. About it's circles and how he, himself, was in an inner circle right now.
Another company once tried to make him write and sell his story. They offered him a ghost writer to help write his book. Ignatius scoffed at the idea offended. A ghost writer was of nothing but bad taste and lunacy. No. If a book had to be written it would be written by he himself. None but himself could attain the amount of geometry, taste and decency required. None could understand his genius, he thought. With that in mind, he was really happy this new publishing company hadn't offered him any assistance -truth be told they just forgot. Now ready to finish and publish his book, Ignatius was satisfied. The world wasn't ready for what was to come.
If Grayson Yates were to write a book about his career, it would definitely be about his story getting into the DSFL. It would start off describing how he got into football and how he was a promising quarterback in middle school. Then it would follow him into high school, where he learned that his new team already had a star quarterback and he had to quickly adapt to get a roster spot. Eventually he was able to use his speed and strength to transition to defensive tackle. After a successful move from quarterback to defensive tackle Yates went to Montana State. After two years of playing in college he declared for the DSFL draft and went undrafted. Obviously disappointed, he went to thinking about ways he could get into the league, but soon after the draft ended he got a call from the Bondi Beach Buccaneers. But the twist is, they wanted him to switch to quarterback! Yates agreed, willing to play any position in the DSFL and now after week 4 he's led his team to a 2-2 record in a position he hasn't played since middle school.
As a professional athlete, much of Dante King's life has been in the public eye from a young age. His every interview statement, social media post, and public appearance has been deconstructed in the press. But that doesn't mean that there's nothing the general population of fans, haters, and more aren't privy to. When his career is in the books (pun intended), he can cash in on his likeness and write a biographical memoir book to continue earning money for not really doing much that contributes to society. It would be a pretty simple life story, sharing where Dante came from, the trials and tribulations he faced on his path to stardom, and a bunch of inspirational sounding mantras and pieces of advice that are ultimately not that interesting or novel. Because of his dedicated fanbase across the country, spanning the west coast from his time at Stanford all the way to the northeast as a Baltimore Hawk, it is sure to be a hit and top the New York Times bestsellers list.
