Welcome to this week's RBs TPE analysis
Intro:
With the start of the new season, tMuse and I decided to analyse the TPE of the S23 WR, RB, CB and LB this time round and tried to put some numbers into perspective.
Similar to last season, we looked at the total TPE, the date of the last update, the tier of equipment, their bank balance some minutes before posting this thread and the weekly TPE gain, which we divided into three sections. First the "Total Gain" in the table below is the official TPE gain with the update this week. The "Adjusted Gain" includes only the activities and tasks that could be claimed in this specific week. In the second table you can see which activities count for the "Adjusted Gain" this week, if the players did them and how many points they earned for each task. It doesn't contain things that can be done in any week like equipment upgrade or wiki. It also doesn't include things like predictions claimed for earlier weeks. All these gains are added in the column for "Other Gain".
As addition to our tables last season, this year we also include the tasks done this week and tasks done total for the whole season, as our analysis will be posted each week till the NSFL draft.
Here is the first table of our analysis sorted by total TPE:
The table shows that Ayers still is the highest TPE RB in the class. After him Petrongolo and King switched places. There is a big gap after these three RBs before Jeffrey, McZeal and Back are pretty close. Skrills currently is the 7th best RB having a big lead to Ahoc-Machine, Murphy and Onfroy.
7 of the 10 RBs updated last week, Jeffrey missed his first update. However Onfroy didn't create an update page yet and Ahoc-Machine already missed more than a month. There were no equipment upgrades this week.
This week, there is less other gain with most of these tasks already done like Wiki or Rookie Point Tasks. Ayers, Petrongolo and McZeal just claimed their predictions from last week. However, Murphy also got TPE from Rookie Point Tasks to gain more TPE.
Surprisingly only one RB did all tasks this week and claimed them with this update. 3 RBs missed just one task, the other players more than that. For the tasks total this means that Petrongolo is the only player at the moment with all tasks done. The other two RBs in the top 3 only missed one task so far. After that, we have McZeal and Back with two tasks missed and Skrills completing 8 of 11 tasks so far.
Let's take a closer look at the tasks that were missed this week with the following table sorted by Adjusted Gain:
As already mentioned, Petrongolo sits at the top here with all tasks done and gaining 22 out of 23 possible TPE. The next three players have all missed one task. Ayers and King didn't do PT1 and McZeal didn't predict Week 3. Back missed this prediction as well as the Trivia, Skrills missed one prediction, PT1 and Trivia 1. Where lots of players missed the PT this week, Murphy claimed this task, but didn't do Trivia or any predictions at all. It will be interesting to see, if the RBs claim some missing tasks with their next update. For the moment, there seems to be more activity and competition with the WRs than with the RBs.
That's it for week 2 of the RB analysis. If you have any questions or feedback for us, feel free to comment.
