De'Aaron Harper came from a family that wasn't exactly well-off, so he knows how important it is to save your money. He's discussed becoming a part-owner of one of the ISFL franchises. If there's any expansion after his retirement, he will be first in line to buy a portion of the new team. As the value of the ISFL goes up, the franchises are starting to reach billions of dollars in value. Just 1% of an ISFL franchise can set up a former player for life. He also plans on investing in startup leagues in other sports, which have potential for massive returns if they grow to the heights the ISFL has reached. Along with planning for the future, Harper has made sound financial decisions in the present as well. He doesn't have an agent, which allows him to save a valuable portion of his contract. Harper has also not spent any of his contract money outside of making sure his parents and siblings could live comfortably. He lives entirely on endorsement money, even if he doesn't always life frugally. Harper wants to make sure he can take care of his family and himself long after his football career ends and he stops getting paid.
Patrik Money has long had a business outside of football. In fact, if you ask Money about his profession, he is a footballer second and farmer first. Money has the largest potato farm in all of Canada, an impressive feat given the harsh weather conditions in Yellowknife. He provides most of the potatoes used in Yellowknife and the surrounding area and makes plenty of money on the side doing that. He has always made more money from that than any football contract, so he considers his playing career as a much more secondary income. He has even decided to invest some of the funds from his playing career into the stock market for his longer term future for if he ever feels like sitting back and relaxing without farming anymore. All of the stocks and indexes he invests in are all potato themed though so he is being true to his roots. Money really needs the crisps, chips and waffle industries to really go through the roof to make significant money off of them but he doesn’t mind as he should be more than capable of looking after himself off just the farming money. The farm itself is a large investment should he ever choose to sell it and move to a sunnier climate.
It's a well-known fact that most players are broke within a few short years of leaving the league. As much, many modern players have started investing their money in assets and businesses in an attempt to preserve and expand their nest egg. What is your player doing to maintain their financial freedom? My player Tony Demonson plans too buy jewelry and cars with all his money he doesn't care about the devalue of those assets he knows what makes him cool and that's what he wants too bring to his noriate no one wants too have Tony which pisses him off everyone turning me down left right and center wait till hes pulling up in lambos with car full of women too all his games wearing 20 chains all 20k a piece do you think goat tank and Ken oath still going too try and have problem with this new aged thug we don't think so... Tony is a beast and when a team gives him a chance too shine it's going to happen
Sheriff Woody has never really had any need for money. Since he’s a toy there’s no food, rent, utilities, anything really. He gets to live in someone else’s house and have a good time. That said, there’s no reason one’s life can’t be improved by money. So now that Woody has some money, he definitely wants to keep it. First and foremost, we’re taking a quarter of every contract and putting it into just standard stocks and mutual funds to let it accrue interest. That’s not going to be touched until after his career is over. The next quarter will go into real estate investments. They’re an asset that will rise in value steadily, and they make good vacation homes in the meantime. Third quarter isn’t a savings thing but with the first half locked up in investments it’s good to have a plan for how you want to budget money that isn’t invested. This quarter is for a charity Woody will be starting to get underprivileged children toys. Every foundation needs starting capital and Woody will provide it. The last quarter is just for fun. Going travelling with Bo Peep, taking Andy to football games, stuff that Woody couldn’t do without any money. Sometimes you have to treat yourself.
Omni Man has a pretty laid back job outside of the league. Being a super hero, he is funded directly from the US government, and earns a pretty sweet yearly salary from that. Omni Man also has a wife who works as a realtor for high end suburbs, and makes six figures on her own. Without the need for money directly from the ISFL, Omni Man has also made a ton of investments, as his bountiful salary allows him to throw money wherever he needs. Von Hayes however does not have the luxury of a cozy government salary. Hayes has been retired in the ISFL since S29, in the time since, he has worked on becoming an artist and an art critic. He has made some decent money being a harsh critic, but the main income of the retired Butchers is through his artwork. Selling his works has made him a really pretty penny, and he also does work with the folks over at dotts to help provide himself with even more income. With the solid money he makes from his artwork, Hayes has avoided investing, as he just hoards his money like a certain ISFL billionaire does. Hayes spends his days now making art and drinking with his old retired teammates, so the need for a lot of money isn't there, but there have been rumors that the Butchers are looking for a new defensive coordinator, and all signs are pointing to one retired defensive end.
Spears has a few ideas lined up for what to invest in for his nest egg, the first answer might be a little obvious but he's put a decent amount of money in crypto currency which has gotten more and more popular of the years. While he hasn't involved in the big initial rush he has made a steady stream of money off of it and most people say it's not going anywhere soon. Another solid investment Spears has made is in the stock market and his secret stash of gold. Stock market wise he's got some serious investments and some not so serious ones, but the not so serious ones like, Doge coin, AMC, and Gamestop made him a lot of money when he sold them off while they were high. He's also bought some property in his home state of Michigan and also by Portland and Yellowknife. When Spears gets is nice big ISFL contract there are a few people he's thought about going into business with but that requires more money then he's currently willing to spend and later down the road. Spears also already has his retirement house as some of the property he bought in Michigan is on a lake, and plans on building a cabin out there so even if his projects and investments don't turn out he will always have his cabin.

Remus and Romulus Roman have been smart with their cash since coming in to the league. Both of them immediately searched for and subsequently hired renowned financial advisor Money McCashman. McCashman helped both to properly invest their money, diversifying their portfolio over a number of savvy investments. They were lucky to ride the wave of the Blockbuster and GameStop booms, as well as catch on to a surge in the Bitcoin market. Both brothers’ net worth is significantly higher than their current salary in the ISFL would suggest. This has allowed them to make a number of purchases that would otherwise be extraneous, such as a brand new house and car for their mother on the outskirts of Philadelphia where they both now play
In addition to that, both brothers’ have decided to enter a collective business endeavor, a fine dining restaurant called Rags to Riches which serves a tasting menu of “poor” dishes refined and elevated. Things like canned spam and Chef Boyardi are used to create culinary masterpieces. The doors are set to open in December, and Remus has hinted at hopes of a Michelin Star. With everything going on off the field it’s hard to believe they have the time of day to play football at the highest level.
Well first of all Daniel is not the most financially sound person, so he would firstly have to consult various consultants to determine where to put money to make the most out of investments, however Daniel would like to be involved with various businesses related to places he grew up and played in in the leagues, first of all back home in England he would probably one become a house owner, leasing accommodation to people to rake in that sweet profit, he would also being from around Luton invest in various airplane companies (Luton has a airport and not much else), this would be a type of investment Daniel would push for, in Minnesota he would invest in rubber duckie making companies, his time with the greyducks he has become really close with the idea of rubber ducks and would like to promote them and sponsor rubber duck races. In Austin he would invest in Snake pet shops that sell copperheads and other snakes, the copperheads is our mascot and he would want to help promote them and make a profit while giving families cool pets, all of these investments would probably fail and he would have to listen to his advisers, probably for the better.
Big Slammu isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. Frankly, he focuses more on living in the moment as opposed to saving for the future. He's one of the senior LB's in the ISFL and is posed to get a big contract in the offseason. He also has a significant side income as a member of the reality show the Street Sharks. It's a fairly popular show across North America and it's predicted to stay that way far into the future. Big Slammu is also interested on expanding his presence in entertainment off the football field and television screens into Hollywood. Now there aren't a lot of movies that require a 6'5 250 pound half shark beast but there are discussions of getting Big Slammu his own movie. Possible a documentary on the very strange life he leads. But he really should start thinking about what he's going to do post football and show business financially. Surprisingly Big Slammu isn't as concerned about the future. He believes he'll die before he even gets to 40. Considering his crazy life of being a football athlete and also a guy who goes after baddies on the streets, the possibilities of a putting yourself in dangerous situations is quite likely thus he doesn't feel the need to invest in anything.
