That's not very sound logic. It's perfectly possible that both he and I are telling the truth.

I'm basically confirmed as either Escort/Consort because I said that xenos was RBd both nights, which he then confirmed to be true + LB's will.

If I was consort, not sure what I/mafia would have to gain by blocking him twice in a row, unless they somehow figured out his role after N1 and decided that blocking the lookout again was the best idea. But no one from mafia visited him N1, so that seems unlikely.
