For my halftime show, I would hire @Crunk to perform a live teaching lesson to all the fans. The point of this is not to entertain the crowd, but more to embarrass Crunk. No one comes to a football game expecting there to be a math lesson and homework. People would think it's a comedy show at first, but then after 3 minutes with no punchline, they would start to get restless. The boos would begin and Crunk would begin to sweat. He'd start to question himself, "Am I doing this math problem wrong? Why are they booing me?" In reality, the football fans are clueless as to if Crunk is doing his math correctly or incorrectly, they just want to be entertained by violence. Crunk doesn't know this and begins to break down and cry. This was supposed to be his shining moment where he shows the world how smart he is. Instead, he's getting booed off the stage. He falls into a deep depression and ends up losing his job and becoming homeless. All cuz he didn't know how to do math.
Obviously the best halftime show choice would be the Mighty Bomb Jack show. For those who didn't have a truly awesome childhood or the ability to look up totally legal ROMs and NES emulators, the Mighty Bomb Jack show was the special halftime show in the hit video game Tecmo Super Bowl, for the final Super Bowl match. Bomb Jack is a sort of video game mascot character who explores ancient ruins to rescue a king, and during the halftime show he flies around the stadium like hes on amphetamines, and combines 3 clones of himself into one big clone, which then also flies around like its on amphetamines.
It would be better than marching the same tired pop acts out to perform the same tired half time show music when they don't care about the ISFL, and the fans of the ISFL don't care about them that much. The Mighty Bomb Jack show would be awe-inspiring though, because they don't need wires or special effects and stuff to do their deal, they just do their deal!

Two words: eating contest. We get chosen nominations from each team, perhaps five players or a few players and some coaches, and line up on opposite tables at mid-field. While teammates are back in the locker room, looking at film or getting treatment for injuries, these lucky five instead get a chance to compete for ultimate glory in front of thousands of screaming fans. The food will be chosen by some sort of wheel that will be spun by the visiting team, and then each side has 5 minutes to eat the most of whatever it was that was chosen. Whoever wins the contest gets the ball first in the second half. That's right, we're doing away with the traditional football rules and instead going rogue. So not only are there gameplay implications in this halftime show, but now you get to watch 10 players try to play football after eating a few dozen hot dogs.
Code: Written option: Your team is looking to put on a spectacular halftime show for the fans in an upcoming game, but no one seems to know what would really get the fans excited. So, your team turns to you for answers! For this PT, describe what sort of halftime show you'd book to be performed for the fans and why. This can range anywhere from getting a band to put on a concert or hiring the world's best juggling team, go nuts! What is more hype than the players putting up a preformance? While you would think the half time is there for the players to rest up and go over strategies for the second half of the game, I just see an opportunity for these players to put on a show for the crowd. We all have our unique talents, Octavio Pérez is an amazing amateur magician and can preform some of his famous card tricks to the crowd. Sal Ami can consume 50 salami's in 2 minutes, who doesn't love watching an eating contests? Miles Weperom is really good at burping the national anthem, which is a skill worth putting in the spotlight. Deffo Not Leroy Leroy can complete a crossword puzzle in under a minute and who could forget Cade Williams talent of naming all the counties of the world and their respective capital(s) or lack of capitals. These legends will put up an amazing show that will absolutely put the crowd in awe of how talented they are. [170 words]
New York City, the live entertainment capital of the world, should have no shortage of ideas for how to entertain guests during halftime. Somehow, however, they did. Mandrews McHollywood was approached as part of a team effort to raise ideas for the upcoming season for each weeks halftime, and this was his suggestion:
Mandrews himself is a fan of ancient history, and more specifically, a fan of ancient entertainment. Looking into what people of the past did to pass the time is a favorite pastime of McHollywood’s and that’s where his idea emerged. In ancient roman times the colosseum was designed to be flooded for ship battles and that was Mandrews’s suggestion. Now obviously the Silverbacks stadium was not built for water events but making a waterproof bowl-style section placed in the middle of the field was simple enough. Add in some modern ships and bob’s your uncle you have a halftime show! (152 Words)
At halftime of their Week 5 matchup against the San Jose Sabercats, the Yellowknife Wraiths brought the youth of Yellowknife onto the big stage for a couple of exhibition matches. The highschool football team came out onto the field for an offense vs defense drive, which brought huge cheers from the Yellowknife natives. Then the youth soccer teams came out for a scrimmage, followed by the city opening up the dome, which instantly froze the field into such a situation to where the high school hockey team could scrimmage on the field. The director of events at Yellowknife received massive praise from the locals who loved the spotlight of all the tiny tots. After all the festivities, the events team closed the dome and let the ice melt so that the ISFL matchup could continue. The Sabercats tried to file a complaint with the Head Office, but the telephone lines were frozen and the Head Office can only accept fax messages for complaints. Was the frozen field a reason for the low scoring 14-10 slugfest? Who knows.
If I were to give input on the New York Silverback halftime show I think I would want to keep the formula pretty simple to what you see in the Super Bowl, and go with some music for the halftime entertainment. Since our team is from New York I would try to focus on music acts that are from New York so that I could showcase the city's talents alongside our football team's talents. Maybe Jay-Z and Alicia Keys could perform a way too on the nose performance of that New York song that they have. I would want to give a nod to lesser known artists and go with a different genre, so I would also book the band The Movielife who I grew up listening to to also perform at the halftime show. They would definitely be the opener in this situation and hopefully they could get some energy going in the crowd that could then carry over to the blockbuster performance to wrap up the show. We could hire dance troupes and band members from the local New York area to keep it all on brand as well.
