Non !

In the London locker room, Willier gave a motivational speech that was taken well amongst the team. While London is 2-4, the first place team in our division is only 2 games away at 4-2, so we are still in spitting distance of the playoffs. He also owned up to all of the turnovers and put the blame solely on him. This seemed to let up a lot of the tension in the room as a lot of people thought that Willier was a tense person. After this speech, the vibes seemed to change and his teammates began to act a lot more relaxed around Willier. Now that friendships are beginning to form, you can see the quarterback is beginning to feel confident in this new found role on the football field. Hopefully this confidence will begin to lead to points on the football field, as we can all see that the sorry London offense could use the help!

As Aidan Hutchinson Jr. walks in to the locker room he is ready to make a big speech. " Alright Yeti, It is now time for us to play in one of the biggest games of our careers. We are looking at trying to take down some of the big dogs right now. While we definitely are still on the front edge of our rebuild, We know that we are going to have to work hard and fight to win this game. I believe in each and everyone of us. I know that everyone of you has it in you to be able to win this. No matter what happens out there on that field we are still Colorado. We are still teammates. And we will always be there for one another. Sometimes the hardest games we have to play are the ones that mean the most. Now let's get out there and do this thing."
Teammates, we are halfway through this season and we are in a much better shape than where we were last season. Last season, luck and unpreparedness cost us so many one score games last season with that 1-6 start. Now we are in a much better place this season with a 4-3 start, despite two disappointing losses to OCO and NYS. Now that we are in the second half of our season, we should continue to improve in all facets of our game. We shall continue to improve and refine our quick passing game and compliment it with our elite running game to make it playoff worthy. On the defensive side of the ball, we need to improve our coverage in the secondary and continue to limit explosive plays against us. Our DL shall continue to become our driving force for this team and lead us to the promised land of the playoffs. Let's keep it at as a team!
Inspiration speeches are something that can bring a team together, and really get the most out of a team in a moment when they absolutely need it. American Boot's speeches do accomplish this, but are not very coherent. One example is: "GOD (expletive) (expletive) it! You are the worst drunk Russian! Scottish! Canadian! (expletive) sucking cupcake (expletive)! Magical (expletive) casting MAGGOTS!". That probably qualifies more as an insult, but it did manage to motivate the team to a win one time a few seasons ago. Another example is: "Last word out of your sorry cake mouth will be 'ygujygfkgrkbhufqgishygnyrtgsbhfnk2wtugom8t4yfm8' and it will be the cuss word!". That one probably qualifies more as a threat, but it did once again manage to motivate the team to win just last week. Upon further review, these seem much less like motivational speeches, and more the insane ramblings of a man threatening violence against his own team. That being said, it did motivate the team to win in both instances, so I guess these count as motivational speeches.
Alright apes, let's bring it in. Look, we've been down this road before. We've started slow out of the gate in other seasons. We've stumbled. Hell, we've even fallen. But you know what? We always, ALWAYS get back up. Whenever things get tough, whenever the road gets rough, we're always ready for the challenge. I look around at each and every one of you and do you know what I see? I see fighters. I see warriors. I see winners. So even though things haven't exactly gone our way so far this year, I know we're up for the challenge. We're ready to fight like hell for our spot. Because that's just what it is. It's OUR spot. We're not about to let anyone take it from us. We're going to go out there tonight and we're going to fire on all cylinders. We're going to win. And next week? We're going to do it again. Apes together...strong.
