You know those reporters that ask you the dumbest fucking questions? After our first preseason game of the season, IceBear's Mom, from the Put Out Journal asked me "How are you feeling after the change to defensive tackle?" I'm just like... Really lady? Did you not watch me at all in the DSFL and notice me tackling my opponent instead of blocking them? Like, this was coming. Everyone knew I was a better fit on defense. Of course I feel great because now I'm not getting a penalty every time I take some motherfucker to the ground. I don't even know how we won and Ultimini with all the penalties I accumulated, but the other side of the ball is where I belong. I don't have the patience for dumb questions. So, next time a reporter asks me a dumb question I'm going to give a dumb answer. And, if you're IceBears's Mom again to ask me a question like that, just know that you're the butt of the whole team's jokes. smh Audrey.

Eli Prince, why do you think you fell so far in the draft? Personality issues? Dysfunctional locker room presence. Inability to commit to training? Prior experience creating biases towards your current player?
To be honest, it's because I wasn't willing to join the upper ranks of the league. I wanted to hone my skills as a receiver to accomplish things only the great Doug Howlett had done. Only then do I think I will have what it takes to compete at the level necessary to push for the records set way back when in Season 23. That is why I declared to all scouts that I would be remaining in the DSFL for max capacity limiting me to potentially begin my ISFL career in Season 43. I believe most the teams in the ISFL are ready to compete now hence why I believe that's why I fell through the ranks. Do you also think it's because of your inability to practice? We talking practice? Practice? Not the game, not the draft, practice?
It all started out innocently enough. Absolute Unit went to his first media session since becoming a quarterback, switching from his previous position at defensive tackle. Already he was a bit on edge, a little nervous. Usually he doesn't field too many questions, as no one is interested in what a large tub of a man who only exists to plug the center gap has to say. But if we are talking about the starting quarterback for the defending Ultimus champions? Well, in that case people are going to be exceedingly interested in what he has to say. Knowing this, Absolute Unit climbed the stage and took up his position behind the podium. He surveyed the crowd, much larger than he was used to dealing with just a season ago. He chose one of the media members at random, a plain man in a plain suit who stood up and asked, "aren't you a little big to be a quarterback?" Suddenly, all of Absolute Unit's self conscious thoughts flowed through him, causing him much pain and anguish. Hiding tears, he quickly fled the media room.
As an actor, Clint Mustache has become very good at hiding his true emotions. Or, he thought he was. That is until the press conference following his first game at the ISFL level. Berlin had just come away with a clutch win against a key conference opponent, the Honolulu Hahalua, but Clint didn't exactly have a game that he was proud of. He finished with no trackable stats of any kind. As the fourth overall pick in the most recent draft, people expected more, and a few fans were more than disappointed. When the question was asked, "Do you think if you hadn't spent four years of your life playing dress-up on the stage instead of playing football, that tonight may have gone differently." Clint lost it... well, internally at least. Before Clint had the opportunity respond, that local reporter was quickly (and with, perhaps, a bit too much forced) escorted out of the room. Clint chose to ignore the question specifics, but assured fans that this game will only further motivate him to continue his work to improve all facets of his game.
