Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Strong acquired the nickname 'The King' of the Queen City due to his playstyle in high school. Leading his team to the state championship with a whopping 18 tackles per game alongside 8 sacks and 4 interceptions. This however, was just the start of his accolades. His notoriety grew as he signed to Clemson University as an Inside Linebacker that would change the game with his versatility, intelligence, and ability to toss around any player who got in his way.
Strong finished top of his class at Clemson on and off the field, ending his senior season as the number 1 linebacker in the nation. Standing at 6'1, 250 pounds of pure muscle, Strong devastated every team's offense to win 3 National Championships as well as 2 MVPs. He knew we wasn't finished there with his eye's on the ISFL as his next goal. He strived for excellence and wanted to play with the best of the best so the ISFL was the place to be.
The King of Queen City practiced day and night for the opportunity to get drafted and he improved his skills putting his blood and sweat into it. You may be wondering, "did he really put in his all if he didn't put any tears into his practice?". No-one has ever seen Willeh Strong shed tears, for he is really strong.
