Hello ISFLers,
It was brought to the attention of HO that during the S47 Offseason, @Urq660 accidentally posted a call up of a draftee prior to the draft stream, resulting in the draft result for that player being accidentally leaked to people who did not have access to those results. They realized their error and quickly fixed it to ensure as few people saw it as possible, however it still constitutes a leak of privileged information. HO finds there was absolutely no intent or malice behind it, in trying to do his job the task was accidentally completed too early.
Just like the CC awards leak case, and infern8 results leak case, whilst there is no rule specific to the leaking of draft results under these specific circumstances, based on significant precedent (see: Opera_Phantom Leaking, MMFLEX Leaking and Frazzle Leaking punishments) it is our determination that it is common knowledge for GMs to not make these results public knowledge and keep that privileged information confidential until the right time.
As a result, Urq will receive a $2,000,000 fine, a standard punishment for accidental leaks that can be seen in the cases referenced as precedent above.
As always, Urq may contact a member Attopax or any other member of the Appeals Committee if they would like to appeal this decision.
