Added
I would love the addition of a second player but with restrictions. As a WR I often think that it would be really cool to also make someone on defense, and I feel that by having the ability to make a second player would provide a fun "side-hobby" in a way.
How would it work? Well only active members would be allowed and they would have to go though an application process. Once approved the secondary player could be created. There are restrictions though:
1: They earn half TPE as their main character, with 1/2 points rounded up. This would ensure that the primary player would be the focus. TPE is earned the same way as the primary character and the creator would have to make separate posts for each to earn TPE.
2: They would be designed to help fill out the DSFL as many players are currently bots. This would enhance the quality of the DSFL and make it more interactive for newcomers while potentially filling out the Solar Bears.
3: Their TPE would max out at 200 with regression kicking in much sooner than current TPE. This would ensure that they aren't going to completely dominate newcomers.
4: They can not declare for the NSFL, they are solely to help make the DSFL more interactive.
5: If a player makes a new primary character that will play in the DSFL then he must retire his secondary player to avoid conflict of interest.
I don't know if it'd work, but it's something to consider.
Remove
Remove stupid penalties or at least lower the potential for a penalty if possible. I feel like I see a ridiculous amount of penalties in some games and some that don't even make sense. I have definitely seen "too many men on the field" on a team when they didn't even change packages. That's crazy if you ask me.
If possible maybe reduce penalty percentage chance by 10%? I feel that this would make the outcome of the games more realistic and the games less up to luck. Plus we all want to see more stats right?! Remove stupid penalties!
Happy With
I'm currently happy with how the media payouts are graded and the flexibility of what is allowed. I have enjoyed trying to figure out creative ways to write articles to gain money and I love that I haven't been told "nope" as of now. It's cool that I could write a goofy article, a serious article talking about prospects, or an interview.
I also think that the payout is pretty fair as a whole, though one nitpick thing is that the way that the payout works is slightly confusing. When it was explained it clicked immediately, just a small change of wording is all.
