Leading up to the trade deadline, the NSFL saw a lot of big changes happen. The Philadelphia Liberty decided they were going to go into a big rebuild and shipped off a bunch of guys super quickly, sending players all across the league and gaining big first round picks in return which will help them get good again. Philadelphia moved general manager Eli Kamaka, a defensive line player, to the Colorado Yeti in a huge trade that made the Yeti defense better and brought some future talent to Philadelphia. They moved Paul DiMirio to the New Orleans Second Line where he is going to be a super key part of their offense moving forward. The team also shipped out Vikain Marmaledov who was a super good player for them on the back end for years. It is clear that the Liberty have the intention of building around a whole new group of guys and they will be able to do that super easy in this next class because there is a lot of really good players to be gained. Philadelphia can start anywhere with their rebuild, but I think the first piece the team will need to add is quarterback, especially with Tyler Oles announcing his retirement prior to the trade deadline. The team will definitely be hurting, and it's crazy to see it change after they just won the Ultimus.
