The workout routine for Declan durring the offseason and in preperation for the season were and is mainly based on gaining more strength in his mody, especially his upper body and arms. The most important thing is that while gaining strength he also is gaining muscle but Harp has to balance the gain of muscle with his speed, so that he does not lose his speed as a sucrifice of gaining body mass in muscles. So everything is adelicate process and involved balances training regime over all parts of the body. Weight lifting, agility and speed drills, pushups and some more extreme muscle drills that is a personal method and will stay unknown to the public. Big part of all the preperation is proper food, correct amount of calories, correct amount of fastings compared to the amount of excercise. Correct diet is 50% of a fit and healthy body, so it is important that it is sorted out before any sort of excircese starts.
