Stephen Harris in hot water?
With the season due to begin soon the Baltimore Hawks may be having second thoughts about punter Stephen Harris who has been caught behind the wheel by local state troopers with an open container of beer sitting on the passenger seat of his PT Cruiser. When prompted to do a breathalyser test Harris became belligerent and swore at the troopers demanding a sobriety test instead and repeatedly asking them if they knew who he was.
Footage from the state troopers dash cam was leaked online and shows Harris shouting "you'll never get me a live coppers" and attempting to run away then promptly falling over and have the troopers jump on him before he could make another bid for freedom, Harris is also seen attempting to fight off the officers only to receive a jolt from a taser.
To add further insult to injury to the Baltimore punter a cut and bruised mugshot of Stephen Harris appeared online soon after the footage from the dash cam.
We understand that to avoid doing time in prison young Harris was invited to take part in a group sobriety meeting 2 times a month and also conduct talks in local high schools about the dangers of drink driving.
