Bucky Barnes has gotten himself into some horrible money situations. You'd think a guy that has made $15 million in a little over 2 professional seasons (2 DSFL contracts and $5 million in my rookie year) wouldn't be struggling for money, however, everyday Barnes looks at his bank account and sweats over how low it's getting. Where does the money go you ask? Well, into something that he's been conditioned to believe he "needs": training and equipment. Every week the team requires him to pay them back either $1 million or $500 thousand a week in order to use the team's facilities and practice with the team. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Not only that, the NSFL and DSFL have very specific equipment that the players can use each year at exorbitant prices. You're trying to tell me the cleats I bought in the offseason cost $3 million? Who is making them? Bill Gates? Anyway, Barnes is in too deep so he's going to keep paying but heed his warning: buying training and equipment is a bad idea, don't get sucked down the rabbit hole.
