Nothing really happened during the trade deadline this year, but I'll tell you what happened to Marquise Brown during the fateful deadline night. Living in Philadelphia, a golden staple of the "City of Brotherly Love" would be Sheetz, the incredible convenience store with the greatest food Marquise Brown had ever eaten up until that point. Living in San Antonio was a bunch of Mexican food and, while good, wasn't really hitting the spot for him. He's simply not a Mexican food kinda guy. What he really likes is a nice bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel toasted to perfection with a side of hash browns dipped in Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce OR ketchup. Where can our young RB find this? Well at Sheetz of course!
So, on one cool night in Philadelphia, Brown decides to head down to Sheetz for his "breakfast of champions" before going to training. He got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with some hash browns that he loved to dip in barbecue sauce, though some would call him nasty for doing so. However, when Brown was walking out of the store, he noticed a man riding a sick ass bike. He walked up to the man and shook his hand, asking how he was doing. He said he was doing fine, though he could really go for a nice bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel toasted to perfection with a side of hash browns dipped in Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce OR ketchup. Brown on the other hand, could go for a cool bike to ride around in. "Tell ya what," Brown responded. "I'll take your bike and eat this nice bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel toasted to perfection with a side of hash browns dipped in Dr. Pepper barbecue sauce OR ketchup, while you sit here with nothing." Then suddenly, Brown pushes the man off the bike and speeds off, laughing loudly with bacon egg and cheese breath. Now THAT'S a trade worth documenting, the homeless man gave up his bike for a meeting with the great and charitable Marquise Brown. We love our RB!
