About every NSFL player has gone through the DSFL to develop at some point in their careers, and every DSFL player wants to play for a team in the NSFL. For this point task, write at least 200 words on something related to the other league than your player/GM is in. Write about the good times in the DSFL, or what teams you want to go to in the NSFL. Have fun with it.
DSFL was so fun when I joined it first. Back then the GMs are well known NSFL figures now, San Antonio Marhsalls were led by Roly and run_CMC, we had PDX Ballers and Payton, nunc and iseeyoudoug were just young scrubs but the league and few fantastic memories from back then kept my CB alive in the NSFL later despite terrible runs. It was also the first ever title I've earned in sim leagues with San Antonio as waiver create in that S6 run. We are now 7 seasons later and the DSFL is still thriving with 4 active teams, San Antonio hasn't won a title since then, but at least Kansas City Coyotes were able to break a curse a year after I stepped down during my short and only so far GM run in all leagues. Really happy that my successor was able to win it all and give the last remaining franchise the shiny Ultimini. I also really like the system that allows prospects to shine for a season in preparation for NSFL draft and reach a certain amount of ability to be impactful NSFL players already in their rookie season depending on their position obviously. Some good rules were established, but first and foremost there is a fantastic group in management that keeps the development league going strong, both as head office, simmers and GMs keeping the lockers room together and growing.
