Luckily my old landlord in Tijuana didn't rent my house out yet so I was able to move back in pretty quickly after I was drafted back to the Luchadores. Once I brought my stuff back across the border I sat down with the Tijuana front office and the message was clear: I need to get stronger. After putting a few games on tape last season, and struggling a bit in the prospect bowl, the coaching staff noticed my lack of strength with my tackling. So I've been in the weight room religiously ever since I've been back, working to build my upper and lower body strength in order to bring down players in the DSFL. I'm hoping the extra time I'm putting in before and after practice pays off in the regular season.
