And I'm not convinced a player agency will solve that particular problem (if it exists) anyway. If new players feel an implied or cultural pressure to take minimum contracts wouldn't that same pressure dissuade them from hiring an agent? Maybe, idk. I've never really been one to have issues telling people what I want.
