Franklin Armstrong has had a rough season in his opinion. While still the second ranked overall QB in the league, Armstrong has grown increasingly frustrated at the state of the team overall. While topping their conference and getting home field for the conference championship, they had a mere 7-7 record. There were a multitude of issues, but mostly on the offensive side of the ball. Losing top targets to the NSFL, untimely turnovers and unlucky losses have been the theme of the season. Armstrong was asked on how he unwound after difficult practices and games and he responded: “I usually just turn off my brain. I watch a movie, or mess around on youtube. I also play some videos games. Namely, Subnautica and Stardew Valley in particular. I love the exploration and mystery in Subnautica. I love zooming around on my custom Portland Python colored Seamoth and exploring the alien ocean. I also quite like Stardew Valley. I enjoy the farming and small town feel this game gives you. I dream of living out in the country side in a small town minding my own business. Tending to my farm and engaging with the other town folk when I can. But of course, this is a game. Reality isn’t represented well. I assume it must be a drag to wake up and do chores every morning! I like my long sleeps in the morning I admit!”.
And there you have it. We hope Armstrong is unwinding with these games as we speak, as he has the playoffs coming up fast! (260 words)
