If I could set just one receiving record over the duration of Hugh Mongo's career, I think I'd have to choose receiving touchdowns. There are some other records that I'd love to have that we simply can't measure, so among the records that can actually, tangibly be achieved, I'm going touchdowns all the way. For obvious reasons. Why? Well - and to be honest I'd love to break yards for the same reason but I can only do so much - because an unworthy player has surpassed Otters legend Bradley Westfield at the top of the receiving touchdowns list. Trey Willie, generally insufferable human being, hung around for an extra forty games over Westy to steal all of his records. Even though Westfield, had he stuck around for his entire career, would have bulldozed any hope of Trey Willie ever touching his records. So I'd like to have an Otter back atop that list. If it can't be Westfield, then I guess I'd like the honor. Unfortunately it's pretty damn unlikely. Apart from balance changes we've made that make receiving a little more difficult, it's unlikely that I play as many games as Trey Willie did, nor will I be my team's primary wide out for a long enough time to pull it off. Still, a guy can dream.
