This is a good question. If I were to go back and reverse any decision, it’d be the decision to let scorp be gm of the Norfolk Seawolves. I would then become gm, and the talented team would have been been able to compete for a championship. My first move would obviously be to set strats for every game, since this was a big issue for us. My second move would be to trade Jay Longshaw as far from the team as physically possible. Everything that Longshaw touches is ruined. He deserved to serve the qb water, not to play. For qb, we’d either sell the farm to trade, claim one, or have someone position change, but it’d still be better than watch Longshaw throw the season away.
The third thing I’d do is completely mortgage the future. It would hurt nothing as the DSFL was contracted the next season anyway so if I unloaded picks it wouldn’t have made any difference.
I know this might not seem like a crazy big thing but I have a big soft spot for the Seawolves, for my former teammates, and for slm for drafting me. Being their gm for a season would be an honor and is a goal for me if the dsfl ever expands again like with the s15 and s18 draft classes.
