I would like to formally recognize Jeffrey LaVert as a candidate for many awards. Jeffrey is the heart and soul of Myrtle Beach. He's put so much into this league both on and off the field. We love him so much that we even made a "cult" of sorts around him. It was all out of love and appreciation for what he does for the team and the league. He puts in work with the league and is always looking to help in any way he can. He helped get the wiki grading caught up and is now working in graphics grading. Within the locker room, he is always chatting with teammates and guests and plays games on the regular. He is dedicated to this league and it shows.
Jeffrey also has great success on the field. Top 10 in tackles, top 5 in interceptions, and has two fumble recoveries and six passes defended. He gets a lot of flack from the media and everyone claims he has "regressed" in his play. That simply is not true. He is a well rounded player and an amazing person who certainly deserves any and all recognition that he gets from the league. Thank you for what you've done Jeffrey.
