Written Option: This week is the week of both the Oscars and Valentine’s Day. For this week’s PT, spread the love! Write 200 words or more on why one or more of your teammates deserves recognition in this year’s NSFL/DSFL awards
I think Crisco has to be a relative lock for Kicker/Punter of the year this time around. My man set the record for longest field goal in NSFL history with an extra four yards to boot. Had countless field goals to clinch clutch victories for the copperheads as they struggled but eventually took the conference and the overall 2nd best record in the NSFL this year.
Looking at other positions you have the likes of Kuus and Kyles bum 1OA player who have legitimate shots at the DLOTY. Not bad for an inactive like Kuus who only logs onto the forum to win awards and clap back at fools. Kyle had a p STRONK year too.
Mendonca had a sleeper year this one around and it looks like that Rod Tidwell who tidwell this season for large parts of the year will lose out on a WROTY nod to Espe, debatable but its a possibility.
Defensively I dont really think there's all that much else in terms you can speak about for an awards nom or nod really. Special teams wise really pretty much the same, Lavelle had an insane end to the season but he slacked off big early in the year and couldn't mae up the ground he lost.
