The SaberCats are an interesting team and a team which I felt could have been unpredictable in the post-season. I've pretty sure they would have also stood a better chance at beating us than Bossman and Co. You see, the SaberCats made what I think was one of the strongest trades of the regular season. The SaberCats were able to acquire Ethan Hunt. Hunt proved to me that he was the true starting caliber QB out of the original Otters three when we first versed him.
The SaberCats still lost but it wasn't because of our great defense or the QB play. Ethan was tremendous with .
To play that well on a team like the SaberCats against us. This dude was the real deal in my eyes, especially seeing how he beat the Yetis a week earlier. Still, he was too late to help the Cats. They would have to have won 4 games straight after losing to us. They were unable to do this.
I was especially disappointed in learning that Ethan did not with to stay a SaberCat, I personally feel he could have become a special (and dangerous) Quarterback on that team.
Future Talent: Tim Pest
That's that right? Honestly, that is all I'm writing. That should be all I need to write. The dude was a beast in the playoffs, an absolute monster who steam rolled a way for the Arizona Outlaws to win it all. I mean, the dude gave up NO sack in the post season. He didn't allow 1! Now, that isn't to say the Arizona Outlaws didn't give up sacks, oh boy they even gave Vinny Cox DPOG in the Ultimus match up. This is just another reason why the Outlaws need Tim Pest back, it just can't be allowed to get worse on that Offensive line. Tim Pest also tied for a Playoff record 11 Pancakes. This is a season 2 prospect everyone. A season 2 prospect who is playing better than over half of the Season 1 Offensive Linemen. The same Tim Pest who led the league in sacks allowed NONE in the playoffs. He was elite when it matter and that is why he has an Ultimus ring. Angus Winchester better watch out because he could have extremely tough competition for the designation of best Offensive Lineman. The person who is going to give him that competition is Tim Pest.

Anyways; Jaylon Lee.
The dude is coming into his own, and I didn't even think he could get better. Legit, I could sit back and relax but I want to be a playmaker too, so I can't. Jaylon Lee took the playoffs and made it his play thing. He was balling out, simply balling out. He helped our team to countless 3rd down stop, and made his presence know in every single game. Some people are ask "Oh, why didn't they run Tweed, why didn't Wright O. take over the game?" It's because they DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH JAYLON "THE KING" LEE. THAT'S WHY!
The dude is a beast and he makes me wanna get better every day with him. (The Gif is the Otters Playoff game; Boss man at it again!)

Yeti vs Wraiths
Theme of this game? Yeti's get the ball, and Yeti's keep the ball. It's really in the time off possession people. 36:26 versus 23:34. It's all in the numbers people. That's near 13 minutes; 13 minutes of Noble controlling the game, 13 minutes of a Wraiths D getting tired. 13 minutes of pure agony for the Wraiths offense, and for Wraiths fans. Hell, the most searched thing on google after the game was, "Would it be fine if I jumped on the Arizona Outlaws Bandwagon?" I mean, if your offense only produces 5 first down these types of things happen. Now, it wasn't a blow out, but I don't think that Wraith had control over how the game was going at all. The Yeti offense showed why they went undefeated for so long as Noble put together a terrific performance and a 25/37 Comp/Attempt. Law, Tweed, and Hendrix could not be stopped while the Yeti's D racked up sacks. The Yetis were on their way to the Ultimus.
Outlaws vs Otters
Now lets get to a game I actually watched in the Post Season. Not that I didn't care about the Wraiths v Yeti, I just wasn't home at the time. Now, instead of going through the routine and boring, "Yeah and Boss man threw a pick, next play he threw another", I'm going to let you dive into what I was thinking and saying on the sidelines. Harrif Ernston "Mic'ed Up"
Now, as a Bengals fan I always fear the "One and done". Still I wasn't gonna let it happen.
Harrif Ernston - *Bit before game starts* Hey! Come on now! No need for nerves, I'mma make a play and we'll take the game by storm.
Truth be told I was probably the most nervous but I wasn't gonna let anything stop the crusade which I felt was destiny for the Arizona Outlaws.
First drive of the game the Defense get off with only allowing 3 points but the guys are demoralized. We never allow those long drives. Is it the nerves, are we not as good as we though?
Harrif Ernston - Hey! Let's go, we are about to make some big play.
Jayce Tuck - Yeah boys, stick it in!
We go on again and we come off in a 3 and out. Decent, but not the "I'll carry you" I promised in the pre-game speech.
Finally, I see my chance. Nugent gets a long punt down but it is taken for -3 yards and starts their offense at the 8.
Harrif Ernston - *Thinking* I just need to read this right, I've got to not give away the blitz. Tuck is beating up on his guy, it's a mismatch, I just have to rush the gap.
The ball is snapped, I take off. I see Boss taking the 7 step drop back I predicted, rookie mistake. The dude is now in the endzone and thinks he's safe. I can just tell by the look in his eyes that he did not read blitz pre-snap. I'm closing and he's scambling, he can't look down field and the outcome is inevitable.
5:02 1st and 10 OCO - 8 Boss, M. SACKED by Harrif Ernston - LB for -8 yds. The play results in a SAFETY!
I'm wooting and hollering, the boys are hooting are hollering and we are all ready to play. We are all ready to dominate and win the game.
That is precisely what we did. The 36 to 13 victory was meant to be a show of force. We wanted to show, in front of all of our fan, we were in it to win it. Nothing less.
Yet vs Outlaws
YAY
Ok, we won yeah, but it's basically 3:00 AM and I'm trying to finish this off.
OK NOW I REMEMBER THE GAME!
Beside the run attack you could call this game our best win of the season. We dominated in time spent on offense. We kept our penalties very low, we allowed 5 sacks (decent for us), we dominated the passing attack, both of our QB played well, we didn't turn it over, our defense was stout, they didn't score a TD. We went out and we made a statement. We are the best team, no one was better, and no one could bring us down when it mattered. We've had to go againts some of the toughest opponents in Season 1 and we came out on top. I am so proud of the Arizona Outlaws.
Championship Game Recap:
Best play, easy. When Flock got that TD; that's when I knew we had a chance to bring this season full circle and take home the Ultimus. Hell, at first I didn't even know he returned it for a touchdown LOL. We are the best team in the league and don't you ever forget it!
