The years haven't been kind to the Sabercats. Our overall TPE is the worst in the league, and I've even seen a couple of posts, in jest hopefully, saying we'd have trouble against the Buccaneers. But, man was the Season 21 Draft kind to us. We had two of the first four picks in the draft, and we got some big help at positions of need. Otis Allen at #2 will be a great pick alongside Brayden Ennis and Freezer Riposte, and HeHateMe PickSix is already our best corner and has the skills to develop into a shutdown corner. At #12, we got our tight end of the future in Leon McDavid. The Sabercats have always had a knack for developing tight ends, so McDavid will be in great hands. Next at #22 is Chip Otle, who we'll stash for a bit, and make him the heir apparent to Riposte. And finally, at #32, we've got Rando Cardrissian, a running back with a ton of upside. Quindarius Tyerucker has been good for us, but Rando might be something really special, and I wouldn't be shocked if he became the lead back for us sooner rather than later.
