I'd add though that GMs weigh those categories differently. For example your second point is something I would consider last, or not at all. As a GM I drafted more BPA than for team need because I figured we could fill out our roster in other ways.
Secondly, some of them have a converse relationship. For example, if you are earning at a very high rate, then you are going to be less likely to get questions about position switching. Why? because GMs assume that you're going to do well at your position and won't want to switch. On the other hand, if you're barely earning at all but still active GMs will be quick to ask if you are willing to switch because they might think that you aren't happy at your position, or (just being brutally honest) they'll assume that you'll end up IA so maybe you can switch to a position where you can be a plug and play despite your low tpe.
As a GM I was very very against teams passing instead of picking someone in a round. But I would pass every time if that person was toxic or a self-proclaimed heel. So, personality really matters. That's probably the thing that I cared about the most.
