Every one knows it is a very very hard thing to prepare for the national simulation football league draft. It requires putting in hours of work, scouting and contacting all the potential recruits you would want to eventually draft. The best way to prepare is start with your top 10 prospects, rank them and scout them as it develops. Them once you've spent a good time just on the best possible players on your team you move onto your next ten and so on and so forth. There is not a single player you should leave unscouted or uncontacted as there can be a sleeper literally any where in the draft in any round or at any pick. Never value one position over another if there is an elite talent you take him no matter what and figure the rest out later. That way you don't start drafting way less talented players over extremely talented ones just because of team needs which will eventually kill a team. Though most gms have this approach from what I know so there really is no need to repeat myself. The draft is definitely going to be hyped up and fun but also chaotic no matter how you prepare for it exactly
