I think if you can last 11 seasons at a decent level -- totally doable if you max earn or close enough until regression; see Lennox Garnett -- you can maaaaaybe pull it off. You'd need 1.42 PD/game by my calculations.
On a related note, if you can sustain 1 INT every 3 games across your career, an 11 season career would put you at the top of that leaderboard. Potentially breaking 60 career INTs, depending on how you round it.
