From his humble beginnings, Busch Light did not know what to expect when he graduated from Alabama to pursue his dreams in the NSFL. On that fateful draft day, when Light would be drafted in the second round by the London Royals, everything would change. He quickly got to work in the weight room and on the field. Mastering the playbook, building up his strength, and gaining the quickness to compete for the top of the depth chart. That draft day was a turning point that changed his career. Light had always been a team player that wanted the best. He was okay with sitting on the bench and waiting his turn if it was the best for the team. But after getting drafted in the second round, his ambition exploded. Light wants to be a champion not only as a team but as an individual. He strives to be drafted high in the NSFL, and to win individual awards. He puts up stellar performances week after week for the Royals. The team may not be competing as well as expected at the beginning of the season, but has goals have expanded. Since that draft day Light wants to be a playmaker. Whether it be forcing turnovers or winning individual awards. Light has a bright future ahead, and now all eyes are on the next turning point in his career. Draft day into the NSFL.
