Halloween was also a big holiday in the Eriksen household. Wes's parents loved to decorate their suburban home in all sorts of spooky tchotchkes. The gravestones were some of the best, with names on them like "Ronald Reagan" or "The Kool-Aid Man", but the neighborhoods favorite decoration would have to be the dancing skeletons. They're animatronic, see, so you'd hang them on your house and they would seem to dance and writhe on their own volition. And of course there was the near mandatory Halloween Horror Week movie marathon that Mr. Eriksen forced his kids (and wife) to participate in every year. So, yeah. You could say that the Eriksen household was always pretty heavily into Halloween.
Wesley has done his best to carry on the Halloween traditions he loves in Philly. He's hosted horror movie nights every weekend in October and has big plans for a Murder Mystery party with the whole Philly team (make sure to wear a costume everyone, I'll be dressed as Spock!) I'm hoping I can get Sulaiman Ramza to come back and play the murder victim since he's a long time friend outside of the team. I want it to become a Philly tradition to have a murder mystery, because in the past couple seasons the only things thats been murdered is our playoff hopes.
