Like last week, I will take a look at some of the top performers at each position and then combine it all into a team of the week! Again this is based on statistics and my own opinions of what matters! Without further ado. Week 2's best of the best:
Quarterback of the week:
C. Orosz (2-time Quarterback of the week) - Orosz had another fantastic week. While he was not as great as last week, he still ends up as the quarterback of the week for the second time in a row. He completed 28 of 41 passes for 311 yards, one touchdown and one interception. That was good for a 88.6 passer rating.
Runner-ups: L. Noble (1-time runner-up) - Noble had a good week 2 performance, completing 19 of 36 passes for 244 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He had a 81.2 passer rating.
E. Hunt (2-time runner-up) - Hunt didn't have very high numbers but he was solid and without mistake. He completed 12 of 26 passes for 140 yards, one touchdown and zero interception. That was good for a 75.8 passer rating.
Runningback of the week:
B. Nuck (1-time Running Back of the week) - Nuck had a very solid week running the ball, rushing for 106 on 24 attempts. While he did not have a rushing touchdown, he added one receiving touchdown as one of his three catches on the day.
Runner-ups: D. Farlane (2-time runner-up) - Farlane actually broke the record for most rushing attempts, rushing the ball 31 times for 91 yards and he added a touchdown as well.
R. Mackworthy (1-time runner-up) - Mackworthy was solid in week two, rushing 74 yards on 21 attempts and added a rushing touchdown as well.
Wide-Receiver of the week:
K. Hendrix (1-time Wide Receiver of the week) - Hendrix had a very impressive performance in week two, with seven catches for 106 yards and a touchdown.
Runner-ups: F. North (2-time runner-up) - North was one of the only impressive things for the Liberty yet again. His 5 catches for 109 yards and a touchdown was almost good enough for Wide Receiver of the week.
D. West (1-time runner-up) - West was impressive but stayed without a touchdown. He had 7 catches for 102 yards.
B. Westfield (1-time runner-up) - Westfield had a very good week 2, catching five balls for 77 yards and a touchdown.
Tight End of the week:
G. Tenzini (1-time Tight End of the week) - Tight Ends were not fantastic this week, but Tenzini was the best of them. He caught 6 passes for 39 yards.
Runner-ups: R. Maddox (1-time runner-up) - Maddox had a very good game with five catches and 35 yards.
R. Gucci (1-time runner-up) - Gucci was decent this week, with 4 catches and 31 yards.
Offensive Lineman of the week:
M. Akselsen (1-time Offensive Lineman of the week) - Akselsen had an impressive game all around. He got 8 pancakes and allowed zero sacks.
Runner-ups: A. Charles (1-time runner-up) - Charles was almost as impressive as Akselsen, causing 7 pancakes and allowing zero sacks.
B. Rodriguez (1-time runner-up) - Rodriguez was very impressive but not flawless, causing 8 pancakes but allowing one sack.
C. Hamilton (1-time runner-up) - Hamilton had a solid game, with 5 pancakes and zero sacks allowed.
G. Tech (2-time runner-up) - Tech had a solid game, with 5 pancakes and zero sacks allowed.
Defensive Lineman of the week:
J. Tuck (1-time Defensive Lineman of the week) - Tuck had an incredibly impressive performance, causing constant disruption for the opposing quarterback. He ended up with 6 tackles and four sacks.
Runner-ups: J. Spearhead (1-time runner-up) - Spearhead was very impressive, getting three tackles, a sack and a safety to give his team two points and the ball!
K. Hendrix (1-time Defensive Lineman of the week, 1-time runner-up) - Hendrix had another fantastic week and was all over the place. He ended with 3 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble.
Linebacker of the week:
E. Broadway (1-time Linebacker of the week, 1-time runner-up) - Broadway was even more impressive than last week. He had an incredible all-around performance. He ended with 7 tackles, a sack, a pass deflection, an interception and a safety! What an amazing performance!
Runner-ups: D. Maric (1-time runner-up) - Maric had a performance that was very impressive as well. He had 8 tackles, a tackle for loss, a pass deflection and an interception!
P. Tucker (1-time runner-up) - Tucker had a very good performance, with 7 tackles, a pass deflection and an interception.
L. Tiernan (1-time runner-up) - Tiernan impressed with 11 tackles and a sack.
J. Lee (1-time runner-up) - Lee was equally impressive with 10 tackles and a sack.
Cornerback of the week:
P. Carter (1-time Cornerback of the week) - Carter had a very impressive game, with two tackles, two passes deflected and an interception.
Runner-ups: A. Delacour (1-time runner-up) - Delacour had a decent week with a turnover, he had three tackles, one pass deflected and an interception.
J. Canton (1-time Cornerback of the week, 1-time runner-up) - Canton had another fantastic week. He stayed without an interception but had five tackles and an impressive three passes deflected.
Safety of the week:
R. Thomas (1-time Safety of the week) - Thomas had one of the great games for the ages. He had five tackles, two pass deflections, two interceptions and a touchdown. What an amazing performance by him!
Runner-ups: L. Jefferson (2-time runner-up) - Jefferson had another fantastic game, with six tackles, a pass deflection, an interception and a touchdown. Great game that in most weeks would be enough for an award.
C. Hardrool (1-time runner-up) - Hardrool had a great game, getting 10 tackles and forcing and recovering a fumble!
Kicker of the week:
B. Kicksit (1-time Kicker of the week) - Kicksit had a perfect week, with four field goals and three extra point and not a single miss.
Runner-ups: A. Booter (1-time runner-up) - Booter also had a perfect week but he had slightly less to do! Three field goals and one extra point, no misses.
T. Turkleton (1-time Kicker of the week, 1-time runner-up) - Turkleton had another impressive week. He made two field goals and one extra point. However, he did miss one field goal. All three of the field goals he tried were from over 40 yards away though, with his longest being a 56 yarder - he made that one.
Punter of the week:
C. Ronaldo (1-time Punter of the week) - Ronaldo had seven punts with a 51.3 yard average. His longest punt went for 61 yards and he had one punt inside the 20 yard line.
Runner-ups: J. Langdon (1-time runner-up) - Langdon had nine punts for an average of 44.7 yards and his longest was 65 yards. He had one punt inside the 20 yard line.
S. Harris (2-time runner-up) - Harris had 12 punts with an average of 43 yards. His longest was 62 yards and he had two inside the 20 yard line.
Kick Returner of the week:
J. Rocket (1-time Kick Returner of the week) - Rocket had five kick returns for 76 yards. His longest was 27 yards.
Runner-ups: N. Stormblessed (1-time runner-up) - Stormblessed had three returns for 60 yards, with a longest return of 35 yards.
Punt Returner of the week:
D. Farlane (1-time Punt Returner of the week) - Farlane was impressive with five punt returns for 58 yards and a longest of 17 yards.
A. Hayden (1-time runner-up) - Hayden had five punt returns for 45 yards with a longest of 17 yards.

B. Nuck (1-time Offensive player of the week) - Nuck had an impressive week running the ball and deserves the offensive player of the week award.
Runner-ups: K. Hendrix (1-time runner-up) - Hendrix was the best wide receiver this week and had a fantastic game.
F. North (1-time runner-up) - North was very close to Hendrix and had a fantastic game as well.
D. Farlane (1-time runner-up) - Farlane was impressive running the ball and had the most rushing attempts of all time.
Defensive player of the week:
R. Thomas (1-time Defensive player of the week) - Thomas had a game for the ages and was the best defender of the week. He had two interceptions and a touchdown, impressive!
Runner-ups: L. Jefferson (1-time runner-up) - Jefferson had a game that would be worthy of awards in most weeks, now he is stuck in 2nd place for two awards behind Thomas.
E. Broadway (1-time runner-up) - Broadway had a fantastic game at the line-backer position, putting up statistics in so many different categories.
C. Hardrool (1-time runner-up) - Hardrool deserves a mention. He is the 4th best defender of the week, but will not even be in the team of the week, as the 3rd best safety! What an unlucky thing!
Special Team Player of the week:
B. Kicksit (1-time Special Team Player of the week) - Kicksit had a perfect week and deserves the top spot here.
Runner-ups: A. Booter (1-time runner-up) - Booter also had a perfect week but with less field goals and extra points.
C. Ronaldo (1-time runner-up) - Ronaldo had a very impressive week punting the ball.

B. Nuck (1-time runner-up) - The Running Back had a very solid game, but the offensive player of the week is only the third best player of the week this time!
