I think this was my 6th or 7th season in the league, and it by far had to have been one of the fastest and rather bizarre ones. The longer offseason could have played a major part in the feeling of the tempo this season. But nonetheless, it sure has been a roller coaster ride. Statistically for Big Edd had one of his greatest games ever. It was week 6, and there was yet to be a clear top player for the defensive tackle of the year. We all know how baltimore was not the greatest team this year, so I was looking forward to a good game. The keyword is "good" because what happened during the game was straight up greatness. A 7 tackle performance followed but not one but two forced fumbles on back to back plays alongside a sack and recovery. You know you had a wonderful game when your stat line is a mouthful to say. But in regards to the best play(s) of the season so far, it would have to be in the most recent playoff game against the Butchers. Chicago was storming down the field at ease on route to score an early go-ahead touchdown. That was until stopped them on the 2-yard line three times consecutively, singlehandedly ending that drive.
