There's one or two outliers that sticks out like "yeah they are repeat offenders", but everyone else looks like one time offenders. A good chunk look like predictions(season, playoffs, draft) and Ultimus Week.
Now if players are submitting hours late, like to get a perfect predictions score ---- then yes, they need to be punished, but if it's minutes late and a single offense then are we really taking the most effective approach?
And what if the PPT team is busy and cant scrape the barrel like this? What if they need someone else to lock the thread for them on a specific night? What if they dont live in a suitable time zone that lines up with the deadlines?
Why not confer on some contingency plans to avoid these hazards in the future? If someone leaves a placeholder post and edits their google form later, will the PPT team be able to tell unless they grade right after the deadline? Is it mandated in their duties to grade right at the deadline?
