During the offseason the country of Japan has contacted the Philadelphia Liberty to help them with a football workshop. Needing someone who speaks Japanese, they chose Tsuyu Asui who was born in Tokyo. She was very happy to go and maybe also catch up with a few friends. When she got there she knew that she had a lot of work to do considering the team needed a lot of help. First thing she did was do a seminar on various rules and positions in the game and thier importance, making sure to pause occasionally to answer some questions.
She then held a training camp for the team to see who really wanted to stick around after seeing how tough the game can be. Surprisingly over half the team managed to make it through the first game but unfortunately more dropped out over the next few days. She then help team executives with cutting some players and delivering the bad news to them. That was arguably the hardest part of the job and she hated seeing the disappointed faces. But soon she had helped mold the team into a fine unit in the Japanese league known as the Tokyo Dragons and she was extremely happy when she helped lead them to the playoffs.
