Being of German descent, the Colorado Yeti agree that it only makes sense to send Albert Ruschmann to Germany. This is ironic since there is already a team in Germany, the Berlin Fire Salamanders. While it might make more sense to have the Fire Salamanders send someone to represent them, the Yeti feel it's also good to have someone from one of the American teams be there. Albert, being a member of the defensive secondary, created a workshop for those who wanted to get into football, especially as a cornerback. He would invite all the local high schoolers and college students and run them through some drills to see what they got. Many of them had grown up watching the NFL and were just starting to hear about the ISFL, so they were excited to get to work with Albert.
First, Albert took the kids through the physical drills. Things like sprints, gassers, 20 yard cone, cutting, juking, and so on. These were important skills for everyone to have regardless of the position that they played. Most of them were okay at it which was encouraging to see. The next drill, however, these zoomers were great at. Albert took out a laptop and started explaining the importance of improving yourself by earning TPE. A lot of the kids didn't understand at first, but once Albert showed them the video that @Kotasa made on how to update, everything started clicking. These kids became max earners overnight, and Albert would have had 80 recruitment TPE if it wasn't capped at 25. At the end of the day, though, the workshop was a success and strengthened the ISFL's presence internationally.
