My player has done absolutely nothing to maintain financial freedom post-playing days. He earns as much as he can in order to get equipment, then he spends it on equipment. Rinse, Repeat. I suppose he may have a big pay day in his future, but right now, there is no excess funds for any misstep’s pre-retirement. I don’t have any idea what Ill do about earning money after I retire. As I said I am already living paycheck to paycheck, the first week I don’t play, equals the first week I have no money to maintain my current mundane standards of living. Its actually kind of scary to think about. Im so po, I can’t afford the “or”. Im still young in my ISFL career though. Still haven’t made it out of the DSFL yet, even though I feel like my time is coming very soon. I keep working hard and try to make the right decisions on the field that result in positive plays for the team. If I keep doing what Im doing, yeah maybe some day Ill make the big bucks that would allow me to actually put away for the future, and potential little Parm’s running around the world. That day, I cannot wait for that day to come. Lion Gang.
