15. So I’m doing this one before ultimus and also doing the Mini team and MVP. The reason it’s so easy for me to do it before is because Minny is without a doubt winning it all. So our MVP is probably going to be someone that everyone would least expect and that’s our kicker Theo Lariat. Now the reason he’s our MVP for ghe mini is because this guy does not miss kicks and has the punting leg if a duck god. And once he helps us win it all he is making sure the whole squad goes with him on that Disney land trip. They are also going to make sure that every character princess ir whatever is replaced by Donald Duck because ducks rule. We are going to arrive on a float made of a sunken submarine that is being carried through the air by the worlds strongest ducks and we are going to celebrate our win till well probably when we win another one next year and we can start celebrating that one. 16. So when the season is over and the draft comes around most teams will be asking what my player can bring to a team, and why they should take a chance on me next season. What I bring to a team is a winning artisans a positive outlook that makes for a great locker room presence. I also bring a string desire to win (I’m sure most GMs know that as getting all the Ws is a goal) that desire is strong enough where I will be willing to change to any position and do whatever my player can do to help sent us to the big game and win it all. I also add a good team presence to the locker room as I stated above, and by that I mean I’m there for anyone at any time. I don’t care if I don’t know you or if I’ve known you for a long time. I’m here for you whenever and I think any team can use that. (169)
7.My experience in the leagueHas been absolutely amazing and better than I could’ve hoped. I’m happy that I can’t type and accidentally searched ISFL instead of USFL, without typos I never would have found this place. Ive met some great people that have made my time absolutely amazing. The first two people I would like to mention would be my GMs, Painted and Icebear. They have made an absolute gem of a locker room in Minnesota. It’s probably the most welcoming and user/rookie friendly place to be in the whole league. I also met ctots who’s been been a great teammate and fellow rookie. We picked him up off waivers when he joined right after the DSFL draft and I’m happy we did. I also want to shoutout everyone in the Minny locker room because they are all so gosh darn rad. As for my players start I’ve been super satisfied. I started as a WR but then switched to DE and I’m happy I did. Getting to play along side and get sacks with the GOAT BOT DE 8Dux has been an honor and a privilege. There definitely isn’t anyone else I’d rather share sacks with. Being drafted for the first time was freaking stellar! I remember staring at the calendar waiting for the day to come and then staring at the clock waiting for it to start. Oh and the suspense to wait and see where you were drafted just adds to it all. Commentators also did an awesome job! I think my only suggestion would be to make the Rookie mentor program a bit more engaging. I remember when I came in the league as an un-assigned player I was very lost and it didn’t seem like the most engaging community (I now know that changes once you enter a Locker room) but yeah I remember feeling confused and thinking what the heck does all of this mean! I think I almost went IA at the very beginning just because well I didn’t know what to do. Like yeah the mentors are there when people ask for help but some people might not know who to ask or are to shy to ask. Maybe do check ins with new players more often or I don’t know. I seemed like I wasn’t reached out to till the draft came close. And even then it was more for scouting. I think maybe rookie mentors reaching out more (I know that’s easier said than done) can help out a lot and keep more people from going IA (427)
