Sarasota, like every other team in the ISFL, has outdoor practice facilities despite the fact that every single game in the league these days seems to be played in a dome. The outdoor facilities are designed to improve toughness, having players practise in the frequent Florida storms, and making them miserable to build character. The players union would complain about these conditions, particularly in rainy Sarasota and abominably cold Yellowknife, but they're too busy shooting up fresh syringes of TPE to muster up legal challenges.
The indoor practice facilities for Sarasota are better though, as the team has nice colour-themed workout equipment, high-class trainers who can give a massage without instantly killing the patient, experimental medical nanotech capable of instantly healing injuries (and creating offensive linemen bots.) and recreation rooms for relaxation. Sarasota's workout facilities are also undergoing a planned $5 million upgrade soon based on a sponsorship from Frost-chan Constructions Inc., who plan to create a facility solely for Leg Day-based workouts.
