Reece Wells thought that the letter had been sent to the wrong address, but nope, it was for him. The sender even included the "II" at the end of his name. After being drafted by the Wraiths, a Canadian publishing company had reached out with interest in publishing a book about Wells' life so far. Wells was interested, but there was a problem: The life he lived had been one of comfort and free of conflict. Sure, there were all the practices, studying, and 6 am lifts, but he thought no one would be interested in that. Despite his reservations, he signed on and began work on the project.
The book focused on Reece Wells Sr's coaching work, how it impacted Wells II, and how Wells II used what he learned to dominate high school football in Canada. There was also multiple chapters on why Reece picked the University of Toronto over an established Power 5 School in the United States. That seemed to be the subject everyone was most interested in. Lastly, the book highlighted Wells' charity work and gave a spotlight to the foundation he had recently started.
On the last page, the co-author gave a prediction of how they thought Reece Wells II's ISFL career would turn out: "Three Words: Hall of Famer"
