Being a part of HO makes this prompt slightly easier but I will still give my thoughts on my first 3 seasons here. My player, Xavier Valorian, had an amazing DSFL season only to be followed by two mediocre to disappointing ISFL seasons. As a Defensive End, Valorian has yet to truly find his strength and tends to have average to below-average stats each season. However, it is off the field that I believe this league truly shines anyway so I am not too upset. Draft day is the highlight of many careers and mine was no exception as it was filled with hopes and excitement for the future. Luckily I was drafted in both the DSFL and ISFL to 4 excellent GMs in Painted, Cpt, Pug, and CC. The community has truly been spectacular and I love just chatting, or even debating, my fellow players. I could never have expected myself to make such fast friends within my S36 draft class and hope that new creates in the future get the same experience. If I had any critique of this league, it would be the sim itself. Now this is not a new critique in any way, there is even a prompt related to this, but I feel that sim holds back so much of the league as it is so narrow and difficult to understand why certain plays/actions happen in any match. Though, having spoken in HO about this, it is an unfortunate reality that this is the best sim for our purposes so we will continue to adapt and balance. My last comment revolves around media in general. I want to see more great media pieces going deeper into the league! Show me stats, show me analysis. We should continue to encourage these amazing pieces for all users to enjoy as it is such a draw to the league as a whole (315 words)

The new Butcher Stadium would absolutely need a butchery inside of it that supplies the stadium of quality meats and cuts. Our fans deserve the best and we must give it to them! Now the only true concern would be how many PETA protests we would have within each season, but that is a price we should be willing to pay. With a name such as the Butchers, it is criminal to not have a working butchery so we can remember the inspiration for our glorious name. Now some details here: It should be run by a Chicago born and bred family with a long history of butchering. They would, ideally, be well known enough that putting their name on a billboard would be a draw to the new stadium even if the Butchers are having an off-year. Finally, make sure that we have a good Chicago pizza place utilizing these amazing meats. Chicago pizza is simply the best and our fans deserve it. I'm talking about Pizzeria Uno quality. If you haven't tried it, please go. (176 words)

The best branding in the league is easy: Colorado Yeti. Their logo is iconic with how it utilizes the Colorado flag and the design of the Yeti. You know exactly what team it is before its name is ever mentioned, no words needed. Their fields could use some work though as that red just doesn't do it for me. Some people are into that weird color for a field but I am not one of them. For the logo, The Butchers need a facelift. It is unbalanced with the cleaver off to one side which makes placing it on a shirt look wrong. I could also go for a logo with no writing, I think it just looks cleaner. I would opt for a pig head/face with a meat cleaver and meat hook crossed behind it. The meat hook is underused and should be included. The hand is fine but I just wish there was more to connect it to butchery in general. (164 words)
