8. Having come up just short of winning the DSFL Rookie of the year, Really Creative-Name's teammates decided to come up with an award for the impact that the rookie made on his team in Tijuana. They called it the "Please Dear God Get Off The Practice Field" award. This unique award was given to Creative-Name by his teammates because they literally cannot get this kid to stop working on his craft. While technically some of this happens on the football field, it is also on the sidelines working with a jugs machine shooting footballs at him and a tennis ball launcher shooting tennis and racket balls at him at the same time. Other times he is found in the gym fitting in one more mile on the treadmill or one more set of lifts while the janitorial staff is trying to get things cleaned and sanitized for the next day. On his birthday, Creative-Name had to be kidnapped by his teammates in order to get him to the party they were throwing for him, as he refused to pick up his phone while he was watching an extra session of film in preparation for a matchup with the Dallas Bird Dogs. All that to say, when it comes to dedication to his craft, there's nobody doubting Creative-Name's drive. Players around the organization have shared that his tenacity and aggressive training styles have worn off on them as he encourages them to push for one more rep, one more lap, or one more drill before they call it quits. "It's not like he's asking us to do something that he isn't already doing," fellow Tijuana receiver McGow II was quoted. "If Creative-Name is pushing you to work harder it's because he's already three laps ahead of you." He's certainly deserving of the hype his teammates give him, and we'll see how he ups his training heading into season 2.
10. Really Creative-Name is the nephew of ISFL great Adam Schell, a DPOY with the Tijuana Luchadores and a founding member of the Berlin Fire Salamanders. Asked about who he'd like to play for, Creative-Name gave the age old answers that he didn't care which team he was with as long as he was in a place to compete. And this was true to a point, but the young man also had memories as a kid of visiting Berlin in particular as he watched his uncle become a leader and game changer in the ISFL. At the end of the second round of the ISFL draft, Berlin ensured that the family legacy would live on, selecting Really Creative-Name to be their wide receiver of the future. Asked how it felt to continue his uncle's legacy, Creative-Name said, "I am beyond excited to continue the family tradition of playing for the Fire Salamanders. I am so thrilled that they saw me as valuable enough to trade up for me and I can't wait to prove them right for that move time and again." Already a finalist for rookie of the year in his first DSFL season, Creative-Name has his sights set on one more season of excellence in Tijuana before shifting to the ISFL. "This team has something special brewing," Creative-Name said when asked about Tijuana. "Now that Ram Say and I have a season under our belts, we feel confident that we can come out swinging in year two. There's a lot of special pieces here and the coaches have given us a lot of confidence that we are a championship caliber team. There's been a lot of winning throughout Tijuana's history. I'd love to be a part of bringing them that tenth trophy." It will certainly be a story to watch as this young player's career is only just beginning.
