James Batista doesn't need a 5 star villa with swimming pools, lots of bedrooms, lots of garages and lots of land. He just wants a simple house near Minnesota Gray Ducks training camp. It's a regular 3 bedroom house in a gated community with private security, that's all Batista needs.
Before Batista lived in Minneapolis, he lived in Pittsburgh in a rented apartment that was far worse, but thanks to his DSFL contract he can afford a much nicer place to live. In Batista's house there is a pool table, a massive TV screen, a trophy cabinet, his watch collection, and a personal gym with an exercise machine for running and weights for his needed strength. In the cold weather of Minnesota his home has many insulated bats to keep his home on a warm room temperature. He plans to sell his home once he gets into the ISFL draft which would be in a month or 2 weeks from now.
